Michael Riley, Esquire

Attorney Riley was admitted to the Bar in Massachusetts in 2001. He has practiced real estate law and mediation since that time. He added bankruptcy to his legal services in 2006. Mike attended Massachusetts School of Law and received his bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in psychology from Southeastern Massachusetts University.

Mike teaches as a visiting lecturer in the Master's in Counseling at Bridgewater State College. His expertise includes sports law and the legal aspects of school counseling issues.

REAL ESTATE:

Mike Riley provides client representation in all types of real estate transactions. Mike counsels and advises clients as buyers, sellers or for refinancing transactions. He prepares and reviews purchase and sale agreements, deeds and other required documents. He has almost ten years of experience representing buyers, sellers and lenders at closings. His relationships with real estate agents allow real estate sales professionals the comfort of their client having professional representation.

ESTATE PLANNING:

Mike Riley provides peace of mind through estate planning services. He specializes in simple wills, durable power of attorney, health care proxy, homestead declaration and living will packages. Mike has a network of colleagues who assist clients with complex estate or trust needs.
